Cristina Godoy Martinez is a plastic artist of Argentine nationality. Absolute freedom is reflected in her works and she is not interested in leaving beauty in her paintings; she says that each work is the creation of a moment, an instant, of a need that comes from within; that is why she has broken with the stereotypes of styles, " I do not believe in styles, she says they condition, limit". Realism was present in her beginnings but with the passage of time she left it behind, she said that it would  always be a copy of something and she needed to express itself freely. In the paitings of CG IN THE ART, which is how she signs her paintings, it can be seen that she goes through defferent states of mind, however in all of them there is something in common where a feeling of loneliness is reflected. She works have been exhibited in different coutries, universities, galleries and political events. CG IN THE ART live in the United State, has received first prize, mentions and awards from the Mayors of Miami, was a member of the Museum of the Americas in Miami.

En el arte de "CG IN THE ART" que es como firma sus cuadros, se puede observar que pasa por diferentes estados de animo no obstante en todos hay algo en comun donde se refleja  un sentimiento de soledad. Sus obras han sido exhibidas en diferentes paises, Universidades, galerias y eventos politicos. CG IN THE ART vive en los Estados Unidos, ha recibido primeros premios, menciones y reconocimientos por parte de los Alcaldes de Miami, fue miembro del Museum of the Americas en Miami.
